NBS Finance

Accessibility Statement

Read how NBS Finance is working to make its website and funding-enquiry form accessible, and tell us if you encounter an accessibility barrier.

Last reviewed: 24 August 2026

NBS Finance is a commercial finance broker and introducer, not a lender. Finance is subject to status, provider assessment and terms. An introduction does not guarantee an offer of finance.

Our accessibility aim and test scope

NBS Finance aims to make this website and the funding-enquiry journey usable by as many people as possible and to work towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is an aim, not a claim of full conformance.

The review on 24 August 2026 covered all 37 website pages at desktop, tablet and 375-pixel mobile widths, including page headings, responsive visibility and internal-link destinations. It was not a complete independent WCAG conformance audit.

Using the website

The site is designed to support keyboard navigation, visible focus, meaningful headings and link text, responsive layouts, text resizing and reduced-motion preferences.

The funding-enquiry form

The form is embedded from a separate Vercel application. If the embedded version is difficult to use, open the standalone funding-enquiry form or contact NBS Finance by telephone or email for help.

Tell us about an accessibility problem

Describe the page or form step, what you were trying to do, the barrier you encountered, and any alternative that would help. Email info@nbsfinance.co.uk with the subject “Accessibility”, or call 07849 709772.

Do not include passwords, card details or unrelated sensitive information.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how an accessibility issue is handled, use the complaints process. The Privacy Policy explains the separate route for concerns about personal information.
