How to complain
Email info@nbsfinance.co.uk with the subject “Complaint”, call 07849 709772, or write to NBS Finance, Pinfold Lane, Southport, Merseyside, PR8 3QL. Explain what happened, when it happened, the people or organisations involved, any reference you have, how it affected you and what outcome you are seeking.
Do not send passwords, card PINs or unrelated sensitive information.
What happens next
The complaint review involves recording the concern, considering relevant information and providing an outcome or progress update. The time needed can depend on the issue and any legal or regulatory process that applies.

NBS Finance is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not state that complaints about NBS are eligible for the Financial Ombudsman Service. If a concern relates to a lender or another intermediary, use that firm’s complaints process and ask the firm whether Financial Ombudsman Service eligibility applies to the particular activity and complainant. A concern about personal-information handling can also be raised with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
