Interactive route and range checker
Commercial finance calculator for UK limited companies
Direct answer: choose what the business needs and enter an approximate amount. The tool checks that figure against NBS Finance's stated enquiry ranges or calculates common invoice-finance advance examples. It is a private on-page guide, not a quote, application or eligibility decision.
NBS Finance is a commercial finance broker and introducer, not a lender. A provider sets availability, pricing, security and terms after assessment.

Check a route and amount
Use an approximate figure. The result explains the relevant public range and what a provider would still need to assess.
Public ranges used by the calculator
| Starting route | Published range | What still affects availability |
|---|---|---|
| Business loans | £5,000–£1 million; common short-term routes around 3 months–5 years, with qualifying property-backed routes up to 30 years | Purpose, affordability, trading, credit, commitments and security |
| Asset finance | Limits vary by provider and requirement. NBS can discuss larger asset purchases and explore available routes | Provider appetite plus the asset, price, age, condition, seller, deposit and business assessment |
| Invoice finance | Common advances around 80%–90% of eligible invoice value; current routes can reach 95% | Debtors, invoice eligibility, reserves, disputes, credit notes and concentration |
| Asset refinance | No responsible fixed percentage can be shown before valuation and settlement information | Ownership, market value, existing finance, condition, useful life and provider criteria |

Funding-calculator questions
Is the calculator a finance quote?
No. It is an information tool using published enquiry ranges and arithmetic examples. It does not calculate interest, repayments, fees or an approval.
Does using it affect my credit record?
No. The calculator does not perform a credit search or contact a provider. A later application can involve checks explained by the provider.
Are the invoice-finance figures guaranteed?
No. The 80%, 90% and 95% figures are gross examples applied to the eligible invoice value entered. Usable cash may be lower after limits, reserves, disputes, credit notes, concentration and charges.
Why does asset refinance not show a fixed cash figure?
The possible amount depends on an acceptable valuation, ownership, existing settlement balance, condition, useful life and provider criteria. Showing a fixed percentage before those facts would be misleading.
Is anything I enter saved or submitted?
No. The route and amount stay in the page while you use the tool. The separate funding-enquiry form is the place to submit details if you choose to proceed.
