NBS Finance is a commercial finance broker and introducer, not a lender. Finance is subject to status, provider assessment and terms. An introduction does not guarantee an offer of finance.

NBS Finance is an unincorporated commercial-finance business operating from Pinfold Lane, Southport, Merseyside, PR8 3QL. It provides general information about commercial finance routes and a way to submit or discuss a funding requirement. NBS Finance is a broker and introducer, not the lender making a finance decision.
General information, not advice or an offer
Website content is general information. It is not an offer of finance and is not legal, tax, accounting or insolvency advice. Availability and terms depend on a provider’s assessment. Obtain appropriate professional advice and read a provider’s documents before deciding whether to proceed.
Business, regulatory and fee status
NBS Finance is not incorporated as a limited company and primarily supports commercial funding enquiries from UK limited companies. NBS Finance is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Where applicable, NBS works with lenders and intermediaries that are FCA-authorised for their own regulated activities; their status does not make NBS Finance FCA-authorised.
NBS Finance does not charge the client a separate broker fee. Finance providers determine their own rates, charges, fees, security and terms. NBS can access its lender panel and other broker/intermediary relationships.
Making an enquiry
Provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and update NBS Finance if something material changes. An enquiry or introduction does not guarantee an offer, amount, rate, decision time or completion date. A provider may request documents and carry out identity, fraud, credit, affordability, asset or business checks.
Third-party services and links
The funding form is hosted on Vercel, and an introduction may lead to a separate provider service. Third parties control their own sites, assessments, terms and privacy practices. Review their information before using those services or accepting an offer.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, try to obtain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with other users, scrape protected information, impersonate another person or submit information you are not authorised to provide.
Availability and responsibility
The website may be changed, suspended or unavailable. Nothing on this page excludes a responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
