Learn which cookies and browser-storage technologies are currently used by the NBS Finance website and its separate funding-enquiry form.
NBS Finance is a commercial finance broker and introducer, not a lender. Finance is subject to status, provider assessment and terms. An introduction does not guarantee an offer of finance.
The short version
We use necessary cookies and device storage to deliver core functions, preserve security and remember privacy choices. Optional analytics are controlled by your consent choice. You can decline optional cookies and still use the website and funding-enquiry form.
Categories
Strictly necessary: supports functions required to deliver the site, preserve security or remember a privacy choice.
Preferences and functionality: remembers choices that change how the site behaves.
Analytics: helps understand how the site and enquiry route are used. With your permission, Google Analytics measures website usage and aggregate enquiry-start and submission events. Application answers, contact details and uploaded documents are not included in those analytics events.
Marketing: measures advertising or builds audiences across services. Advertising consent is kept denied in our Google Analytics and Clarity integrations.
Microsoft Clarity: on selected public marketing pages, and only after analytics consent, we use behavioural metrics, heatmaps and session replay to understand navigation and improve the website. Strict text masking is enabled. Clarity is not installed on the separate funding application, and our installation excludes calculators, contact forms and pages containing sensitive information. Microsoft receives website-usage data through cookies and similar technologies. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
The funding-enquiry form
The funding form is hosted separately at apply.nbsfinance.co.uk. It can save a limited set of non-sensitive answers in session storage so progress is not lost in the same browser tab. It does not save contact details, financial figures, homeowner status, company number, notes, provider names or uploaded files in that browser storage. Saved answers expire after two hours, are removed when the tab session ends and can be cleared from the welcome screen. This storage is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
The application has its own optional-analytics choice. It does not load Google Analytics until you allow it; declining does not prevent an enquiry. You can change that choice using the application footer. Microsoft Clarity is not used on the application.
Your choices
The marketing website uses Termly to provide accept, decline and preference controls. You can reopen them using Consent preferences in the website footer and withdraw optional-analytics consent. Browser settings can also clear or block cookies and device storage, although blocking strictly necessary technologies may stop parts of the site or enquiry form working. The application has a separate analytics choice.
