Commercial finance for UK limited companies

Tell us what your business needs to fund

Working capital, stock, tax or growth. A vehicle, plant or machinery. Unpaid business invoices. Start with the outcome—you do not need to choose the finance product.

Six guided steps. Best estimates are fine. Prefer to talk? Call 07849 709772.

NBS Finance is a broker and introducer, not a lender, and primarily supports UK limited companies. NBS does not charge the client a separate broker fee. Finance providers determine their own rates, charges, fees, security and terms. An enquiry does not guarantee an offer.

Three clear steps

What happens after you enquire?

  1. Tell us the need

Share the business, approximate amount and what needs funding.

  2. We discuss it with you

NBS Finance clarifies the details and explains the proposed route.

  3. A provider assesses it

If suitable, a provider completes its checks. You decide whether to proceed.

Questions before you start

Do I need every document?

No. Start with the information available. A provider may request further evidence later.

Is NBS Finance a lender?

No. NBS Finance is a broker and introducer. A provider makes its own assessment and decision.

Is NBS Finance a limited company?

No. NBS Finance is not incorporated as a limited company. It primarily supports funding enquiries from UK limited companies.

Is NBS Finance FCA authorised?

No. NBS Finance is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Where applicable, NBS works with lenders and intermediaries that are FCA-authorised for their own regulated activities. Their status does not make NBS Finance FCA-authorised, and the regulatory position can depend on the customer, product and agreement.

Does NBS Finance charge a broker fee?

No. NBS Finance does not charge the client a separate broker fee. Finance providers determine their own rates, charges, fees, security and terms.

How does NBS Finance access providers?

NBS Finance can access its lender panel as well as other broker and intermediary relationships. The route used depends on the requirement and provider appetite; an introduction does not guarantee approval.

What happens after I submit?

NBS Finance reviews the enquiry and contacts you to clarify the requirement and discuss the next step. See the full five-stage journey.

Can you promise the best rate?

No broker should promise a rate before provider assessment. Compare the full cost, fees, security and terms—not only the headline rate. See the six cost questions.
