Can I enquire about one van or several?
Yes. Give the quantity and explain whether this is a replacement, an addition or a fleet requirement. If the vehicles need different specifications, add that to your notes.
Can I ask about used vans?
Yes. Select Used or Either. Selected used-vehicle requirements are subject to the sourcing team's confirmation and suitable availability.
Can I have an existing quote checked?
Describe the model, specification, price and timeframe in your notes. The team can discuss alternatives where available; a lower price or saving is not guaranteed.
Do I have to use NBS for finance?
No. Funding is optional. The sourcing enquiry can proceed without a finance request. Any separate NBS funding review has its own information requirements and provider assessment.
Who contacts me and who supplies the vehicle?
NBS retains your enquiry and passes the relevant sourcing details to National Auto Sales. Its vehicle team contacts you and handles the vehicle transaction. Confirm the supplying business, written price, delivery arrangements and terms before proceeding.
